Making Surgery Less Painful
Many procedures that were done traditionally, using large incisions can now be performed using minimally invasive techniques with half inch incisions.  This results in shorter hospital stays and a faster return to normal activities and work.  At Salartash Surgical Associates - Centers for Minimally Invasive Surgery of Southern NJ, our Board Certified surgeons can perform procedures using minimally invasive techniques.  One of these techniques uses the laparoscope, which is a device that is inserted into the body through a small incision. 

The laparoscope will allow your surgeon to view each move during the surgical procedure; because it transmits images to a TV monitor.  This will allow your surgeon to make only 3-4 small incisions while still achieving the best results.  Your surgery will be performed in a much faster time, and you will have less risk of infection, faster healing, and less scarring.  Our main office in Egg Harbor Township has over 20 staff members whose mission is to provide the highest level of healthcare to each of our patients.
